Description
The Operations Manager will be primarily responsible for overseeing daily site operations and managing on-site personnel.
- Onboarding and training new Car Wash Technicians
- Creating and managing staff schedules
- Monitoring attendance and punctuality
- Supervising daily operations and customer flow
- Ensuring proper machine operation procedures are followed
- Conducting regular performance check-ins
- Preparing daily and weekly performance reports
- Identifying operational issues and resolving them quickly
The Operations Manager is accountable for ensuring that each site runs efficiently, safely, and according to BidaWash standards.
