Job Description

TaskUs is looking for an Operations Manager to lead a department, empowering colleagues (Teammates and Team Leaders) to reach their KPIs and provide a Ridiculously Good customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Devise effective plans on how each Teammate and Team Leader could reach their targets.
• Identify strengths and weaknesses of Teammates and Team Leaders and guide/develop them accordingly.
• Assign tasks that would capitalize on strengths while addressing weaknesses.
• Gain trust and respect of team members through regular check‑ins, one‑on‑ones, and short chit‑chat sessions.
• Add, improve, or eliminate daily processes and practices to bolster the aforementioned duties.
