Operations Manager

Role Overview

The Operations Manager will establish and lead Triumph Group of Companies’ operational presence in the Ottawa and Eastern Ontario market. The role combines regional operations leadership, project coordination, and business development, supporting multiple divisions. You will help develop the company’s Ottawa Shared Services platform, supporting projects across Eastern Ontario including Kingston, Brockville, Cornwall, and surrounding regions. This role requires a leader who is comfortable operating in a growing regional platform environment, balancing operational execution with client relationship development.

Success in this role will be defined by the ability to establish and strengthen Triumph Group of Companies’ presence in the Ottawa and Eastern Ontario market while supporting profitable project execution across multiple divisions.
