Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations across F&B, Front Office, Housekeeping, and Banquets
- Lead and drive F&B revenue, quality, and cost control
- Ensure superior guest experience and service standards
- Monitor budgets, costs, and operational KPIs
- Lead, train, and motivate teams
- Ensure compliance with brand standards, hygiene, and safety norms
Candidate Profile
- 10+ years of experience in hotel operations with strong F&B background
- Experience in upscale/luxury hotels preferred
