Link Resourcing Group is looking for an NC Operations Manager to drive end-to-end freight operations across multiple mine sites in the Northern Cape. What you’ll own Production planning & daily/weekly/monthly scheduling Multi-client fleet & subcontractor management TAT performance, cargo security & compliance Reporting, analytics & invoicing accuracy Building and leading a high-performance team What you bring 5+ years in transport or mining logistics 3+ years in a managerial role Proven subcontractor & performance contract experience OHS / SHEQ knowledge Qualification in Logistics, Operations Management Valid driver's license & clear background record Location: Northern Cape Type: Permanent
