Operations Manager

What does the job look like?

This role is responsible for leading a small, multi-customer warehouse operation, ensuring safe, efficient and cost-effective service delivery across both warehouse and supporting transport activities. You will take ownership of day-to-day operations, workforce coordination, and customer engagement while driving site performance and continuous improvement.

Key areas:

Lead end-to-end site operations across warehouse activities and supporting transport coordination

Manage production schedules and ensure order picking, dispatch and service delivery targets are met

Oversee workforce planning, including managing a casual workforce and addressing absenteeism challenges

Build and manage customer relationships, including attending weekly KPI review meetings

Monitor site performance and provide accurate reporting to support financial and operational outcomes
