Operations Manager (Dry Bulk)

Responsibilities:

• Chartering and Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of dry bulk vessels, including coordinating chartering activities, negotiating freight rates, and ensuring timely vessel fixtures.
• Voyage Management: Monitor and manage vessel voyages, ensuring compliance with charter party agreements, loading and discharge operations, and voyage optimization to maximize efficiency and minimize costs.
• Stakeholder Communication: Maintain effective communication with ship owners, charterers, brokers, port agents, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of operations and address any issues or concerns in a timely manner.
• Documentation and Compliance: Ensure all relevant documentation, including voyage instructions, laytime calculations, and demurrage claims, are accurately prepared and processed in accordance with industry regulations and company policies.
