Operations Manager (Senior Role) Reports to: Founder/CEO Location: Patel Nagar, Delhi (full-time, on-site) Role Summary: You will be the first dedicated Operations leader at the organisation. Your mandate is to build the performance tracking backbone that removes the Founder bottleneck and enables 5X growth. In Stage 1 you will manually track every departments performance in Excel, create trend dashboards, and coach department heads on ownership. Key Responsibilities Build strong relationships with all department heads and break the current validate-everything-with-Founder culture Co-create and own 2-3 meaningful KPIs per department (Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, Repair & Claims, Warehouse) Design and roll out weekly data collection process (offline + Excel templates) Analyse data, build department-wise trend dashboards and graphs Present weekly insights to leadership and facilitate improvement discussions Identify process bottlenecks and flag them for Stage 2 fixes Act as an ...
