Role Summary
Manages warehouse, logistics, and customer support operations at the branch level to ensure service excellence and stock accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise dispatch, receiving, stock control, and driver teams.
- Oversee branch stocktake and inventory accuracy.
- Monitor logistics performance and on-time delivery.
- Manage support staff and the customer collection area.
- Ensure safety, housekeeping, and operational efficiency.
Essential Requirements
- 5+ years in logistics or operations management.
- Strong organisational and staff supervision skills.
- Knowledge of stock systems and basic financial controls.
Beneficial Requirements
- Distribution centre or warehouse systems experience.
- Forklift or stock movement exposure.
