Operations Manager

Job Overview

Accountable/responsible for leading, directing, and mentoring Branch employees in the achievement of the strategic and operational vision set by Wajax. Manage branch operations to achieve company targets and ensure branch activities support a safe and productive atmosphere.

Key Accountabilities

• Prepare and administer annual budgets and monthly updates
• Identify opportunities for performance improvement and promote best practices
• Ensure that the overall people/staffing plan for the operation/branch reflects high performance, bench and succession planning, consistent mentoring, and employee development
• Work with Inventory Planning and Purchasing to ensure that parts inventory levels meet customer demand and service levels meet customer expectations
• Manage branch personnel performance, safety, training and customer service
