Operations Manager

We’re partnering with a well-established and growing civil contractor with a strong reputation throughout Adelaide. Due to continued growth, they’re looking to appoint an experienced Operations Manager to work directly alongside the Managing Director.

The Role:
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will oversee operational performance across the business, ensuring projects are properly resourced, teams are supported and operations run efficiently and safely.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing site crews, supervisors and operational personnel
• Overseeing plant and machinery
• Coordinating labour allocation, subcontractors and logistics across projects
• Leading recruitment, workforce planning and onboarding
