About the Role
In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the Operations Supervisor and leading the day-to-day activities of our new warehouse in Mississauga. Your leadership will ensure operational targets are met, key performance indicators are consistently achieved, and service levels remain high. By driving efficiency, safety, and team performance, you will directly contribute to the overall success of our warehouse operations.
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Day shifts and afternoon shifts are available

• Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure customer expectations and service levels are consistently met.
•Monitor team performance against KPIs and support continuous improvement to meet operational targets.
