Operations Lead

We are building India's first AI-native wearable and scaling fast. Our hardware is live, our B2B pipeline is growing, and we need someone to own the operational backbone that keeps production moving.

What you'll own

• End-to-end vendor coordination — component sourcing, delivery timelines, follow-ups
• Hardware assembly tracking — raw materials to finished units
• Purchase orders, inventory management, and shipment monitoring
• Flagging supply bottlenecks before they hit production
• Daily ops documentation and process hygiene

Who we're looking for

• 3–7 years in operations, supply chain, or procurement — hardware/electronics/consumer devices preferred
• Has personally raised and tracked POs, not just supervised someone doing it
• Comfortable owning tasks without being chased
• Google Sheets and Docs are your daily tools, not something you learned once
