Operations Intern

EasyCommerce are seeking a detail-oriented Operations Intern to join our growing team and help oversee daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in encoding and processing product returns accurately and timely.
• Support the monitoring and tracking of disputed orders to ensure proper resolution.
• Check and monitor updated costs in the inventory file (Google Docs/Sheets) to maintain data accuracy.
• Encode and record daily retail account orders in the system.
• Maintain organized records of operational data and reports.
• Coordinate with the operations team regarding discrepancies and updates.
• Perform other related administrative and operational tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, Accounting, or any related field.
