Duties and Responsibilities Operations
- Handle and monitor warehouse activities (e.g. pest control, cleaning services, inventory management) according to SG Diagnostics Quality Management system
- Co‑ordinate with logistics services for the delivery of goods
- Processing of sales order to fulfil customer purchases
- Ensure all required laboratory and event equipment calibration and maintenance status are kept up to date
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of all records
- Source suppliers for equipment, materials and services
- Responsible for procurement administration (e.g. seeking procurement approval, issuing of purchase order)
- Ensure proper documentation of procurement activities according to SG Diagnostics Quality Management System
