OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE

Job Description: . Lead the security team through daily operations and all incident escalations . Supervise and managing deployment . Direct supervision of security personnel . Conduct team briefing and debrief . Execute evacuation plans and exercise, where applicable . Planning of manpower deployment for designated sites . Oversee daily operations at sites . Maintain close relationship with clients to address any issues at site . Identify and resolve security operations related issues . Responding promptly to enquiries / emails from clients and emergency calls . Ensure operations are in compliance with requirements of clients or contract . Preparation and submission of reports / data as required by clients and the Company . Preparation and submission of reports in compliance with regulatory requirements and / or Company's Standard Operation Procedures . Conduct induction program and orientation at site . Assist in other site operations related activities as and when required
