Operations Executive

Our client is a key player in the Maritime Industry. Currently, they are seeking a suitably qualified candidate to join them as Operations Executive (DG/OOG/Post Fixture/Container)(Open to entry level Maritime Candidates). In this role, you will be contributing in the following areas : To handle end-to-end ship operations, ensuring efficiency, cost effectiveness and seamless execution across all processes. Review and process DG/OOG applications in compliance with IMDG Code and internal guidelines Procure bunkers by negotiating competitive prices and coordinating timely, reliable supply. Handle post-fixture activities including charter hire payments, ship deliveries/redeliveries, liaising with brokers/owners, etc. Manage daily ship operations, scheduling, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient voyages.
