Responsibilities
- Manage daily fleet maintenance and operations (passenger/commercial vehicles).
- Planning, coordinating schedules and monitoring of vehicle status.
- Adherence to Standard Operating Procedures, providing good customer service.
- Coordinate with internal and external customers to support daily deliveries.
- Coordinate vehicle inspection, maintenance and servicing of fleet.
- Ensure the general upkeep and cleanliness of the fleet.
- Any other jobs assigned.
- Higher NITEC/ NITEC / Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service, operations, business support or relevant fields.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Responsible, team-player and organized.
