Operations Executive

We are looking for an Operations Executive to support our day-to-day payment operations and client onboarding process. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organised, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced fintech environment.

• Process and monitor daily payments and transactions.
• Support client onboarding and KYC/KYB verification.
• Coordinate with banks, partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth settlements.
• Maintain transaction records and assist in reconciliations.

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
• Experience in payments, banking, or fintech operations preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and sense of responsibility.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Proficient in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
