The Executive/Sr. Executive - Operation will be responsible for efficiently managing client coordination, service operations, administrative functions, and reporting to ensure service excellence, compliance, and team performance. The incumbent will report to the Branch Manager. The incumbent will have to work as part of a multi-functional team, and this involves collaboration with the internal team and external stakeholders.
