Key areas of focus include but are not limited to:

• Manage technicians and external vendors to ensure smooth operations of the Development.
• Administer routine inspections of the Development, including cleaning, security, refuse disposal, washroom services, building maintenance, sanitary and plumbing, mechanical and electrical systems, landscaping, and pest control services.
• Ensure preventive maintenance works are carried out by service providers in accordance with contractual requirements and established schedules.
• Oversee the smooth operation of the compound and ensure all emergencies are attended to promptly and rectified with minimal inconvenience and disruption to tenants and owners.
• Manage and execute procurement activities, cyclical replacement programmes, and enhancement works within the Development.
