Operations Executive

KIN Logistic Solutions is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Executive - Drayage to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands‑on experience in drayage operations and shipment coordination within a fast‑paced logistics environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor the complete Drayage Life Cycle from load setup in TMS to final invoicing.
• Oversee shipment activities including pickups, deliveries, LFD, demurrage, detention, dual transactions, and empty returns.
• Ensure accurate preparation of pro forma, load‑specific charges, and customer invoices.
• Maintain smooth customer communication and operational reporting.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and operational procedures.
• Coordinate with Account Managers and support operational KPIs.
