Operations Executive (F&B)

Operations Executive role focused on financial planning, manpower management, sales coordination, and operational oversight across food and beverage outlets.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare Manpower Costing Charts (MCCs) for all departments and make sound improvements in the utilization of manpower at individual outlets and spot any manpower cost discrepancies
- Prepare analysis reports and data analysis
- Assist in recruitment and conduct interviews for outlet staffs
- Conduct appraisals for outlet staff
- Evaluate trainings conducted for outlet staff
- Upkeep TMS & SAP system
- Ensure SOP in place and ensure the staff execute it across the outlets accordingly
- Troubleshoot operational issues and provide solutions to the problems
- Identify solutions to improve sales by redeploying or changing manpower hours...
