Operations Executive (Contract) - FinOps

Responsibilities

• Banking & Payments: Setup and process all payment disbursals; verify that incoming customer fees are accurately credited to the correct accounts.
• Reconciliations: Maintain account balances and perform frequent, high-volume bank reconciliations to ensure zero discrepancies.
• Operational Excellence: Execute tasks within strict Turn Around Times (TAT) and suggest improvements to streamline current workflows.
• Risk & Compliance: Promptly report any SOP deviations or operational issues and maintain updated process documentation.
• Collaboration: Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project deadlines are met and provide constructive feedback to peers.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate in finance, accounting, or any related field.
• Strong analytical and research skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
