To play a leading role in a dynamic Engineering team delivering daily support to the Operations team and wider business group To work with a state-of-the-art Warehouse Management System (WMS), and Quality Management System (QMS) To identify areas of the WMS that need to be documented in SOPs or WIs going forward To work on a high-profile project, working alongside multiple teams to create all the necessary documents to record processes and SOPs for future training of users Assess and review all current SOPs & WIs and identify what documents need to be edited, updated or created for Project Dawn Develop an expertise in fundamental processes within the integrated warehouse management system Work with the Engineering team to update/ create SOPs and WIs in line with the development of Project Dawn Develop an expertise in the QMS used for all SOPs and WIs.
