Responsible for managing, organizing, and controlling all project documents to ensure accuracy, proper filing, and compliance with company and regulatory standards.
Duties And Responsibilities
Data Management & Accuracy
- Encode, update, and maintain operational data (sales, inventory, deliveries, etc.).
- Verify and validate data from different departments before entering into the system.
- Perform daily checks of the Sales orders/DR to ensure no missing, duplicated, or incorrect entries vs system.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly operational reports (sales, variances, inventory, KPI performance).
- Consolidate data from multiple internal, logistics, e-commerce and releasing team.
- Support management with ad hoc reports as needed.
- Highlight data inconsistencies or unusual trends to supervisors.
- Coordinate with store/warehouse teams for missing or corrected data.
