- Communicate with clients regarding service schedules, updates, and concerns
- Prepare service reports, work orders, and operational documentation
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures
- Track inventory of chemicals, equipment, and supplies
- Assist in route planning to maximize efficiency and reduce travel time
- Handle urgent service requests and operational issues promptly
- Support billing coordination by verifying completed services
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Operations Supervisor
