Qargo Coffee is seeking a highly experienced and execution-focused Operations Coordinator to support and drive operational excellence across our growing franchise system nationwide.

This role is designed for a seasoned professional with 10+ years of experience in coffee, restaurant, QSR, or franchise operations who understands how to manage multi-unit environments, enforce standards, and ensure consistency across all locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operations across multiple stores nationwide
• Work directly with franchisees, store managers, and leadership to ensure execution of brand standards
