Summary About the position: This position is Non-appropriated Fund (NAF) and is located at Aviano Lanes (Area 1). This is a NAF position assigned to the 31st Force Support Squadron at Aviano AB, Italy. Scheduled tour of duty may require evenings, weekends, and holiday work hours. Responsibilities Provide administrative support to the facility. Position acts as the Lead Recreation Aid. Maintaining various suspense files, regulations, directives, inventory control files and posting changes as required. Assists in compiling correspondences, reports, forms, and other related material. Prepares various reports and other statistical and financial data pertaining to the activity. Provides information regarding operations to the manager. Answers telephone, receives visitors, provides requested information, pick up and distribute office mail and correspondence. Performs cash management and accountability duties.
