About the Role

The Technical Assistant provides administrative, analytical, and technical support to the Operations and Management Team by preparing reports, analyzing operational data, monitoring performance metrics, and assisting in process improvement initiatives. The role is responsible for consolidating and maintaining operational reports, tracking KPIs, coordinating projects, and ensuring the accuracy of data used for decision-making. The Technical Assistant also supports documentation, presentation preparation, and cross-functional coordination to help improve operational efficiency and achieve business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering (BSIE) is required.
  • At least 1 year experience in operations, reporting, or process improvement.
  • Strong knowledge of data analysis, reporting, and performance measurement.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office application...
