Operations And Maintenance Engineer

Responsibilities

• Supervise on-site routine maintenance, service, troubleshooting, and repair of PV equipment
• Supervise technicians during replacement, installation and proper use of test equipment
• Supervise and ensure completion of activities included in the Quarterly Team and Individual Key Performance Matrix
• Prepare and Conduct PMS Activities for Genset Onsite
• Plan and undertake scheduled maintenance
• Respond to plant breakdowns
• Creating and updating maintenance procedures
• Leads O&M Technician team (including temporary labor)
• Identify unsafe work or operating conditions and take proper action to neutralize hazard in compliance with health and safety legislation
• Manage budgets and maintain statistical and financial records
• Manage stocks of supplies and equipment
• Responsible for being available for scheduled rotational (on call) duties and as needed
