About the Role
WellStop is a community based organisation working to prevent sexual harm and support safer communities across Aotearoa. They work alongside individuals, whānau, and communities to create positive, lasting change.
Reporting to the General Manager, this role provides high quality executive and administrative support to the Management Team and Board, while also playing a key role in HR and operational coordination across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide executive support to the CEO, Management Team, and Board, including coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes
- HR administration support across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment coordination, onboarding, and HR systems management
- Maintain HRIS systems, employee records, and organisational documentation
