About the Role

This is a remote position. We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Operations & Admin Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of a busy Australian electrical services business. This is a full-time, work-from-home role for a Philippines-based professional with strong experience in administration, customer service, scheduling, and invoicing. You will play a key role in managing job administration, coordinating technician schedules, following up on quotes and invoices, and providing exceptional support to customers and the internal team.
