- This role is a strategic and hands-on leader for local site-level employee engagement and return-to-office (RTO) success.
- Partnering closely with the Executive Site Lead and Local Site Committee, the Operations Analyst builds and executes a clear plan to increase on-site engagement, strengthen community and culture, and achieve measurable RTO and participation targets.
- You will translate strategy into action setting goals and KPIs, running communications and programming, managing budgets and vendors, and using data to continuously improve outcomes.
