Operations Analyst

**Position Responsibilities:**

• Researches and resolves issues
• Provide service to internal customers for all aspects of payment processing
• Process transactions and maintain records within established standards
• Contributes to the continuous improvement of business process
• Other duties as assigned

**Job Requirements:**

+ Previous experience in insurance or financial services industries
+ Post-secondary school or equivalent work experience
+ Medallia knowledge or similar survey capture systems is an asset
+ Experience with navigating Power BI
+ Knowledge of the Net Promoter System, an asset

+ Strong organizational skills required with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
+ Strong analytical skills required
+ Strong communication (written, verbal, presentation) skills
+ Curiosity and willingness to learn
