Your responsibilities will include working closely with Procurement and Accounts Payable, aiding in the monthly and quarterly close processes while ensuring compliance with financial standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Reconcile Vendor Prepay contracts and verify accuracy
• Set up contracts in collaboration with Procurement
• Partner with Accounts Payable on prepay applications
• Complete month-end close and journal entries
• Assist in SOX and external audit requests
