Key Accountabilities:
Develops, maintains, executes, and enhances simulation exercises, databases, and OTS related documentation, ensuring standardization and conformance to policies, standards, and criteria.
Supports the delivery of simulation training activities.
Supports local or national multi-disciplinary project implementation teams.
Works with the MACD and other stakeholders to identify the effectiveness of simulation delivery and opportunities for improvements. Determines simulation impacts in such areas as procedures, systems, technology, and o...
