Operational Risk Manager

Role Overview

The Risk Manager will be responsible for assessing operational risks, maintaining control library, and ensuring compliance with company policies, standards, and external frameworks. This individual will work directly with product, engineering, and operations teams to support risk assessments, gather evidence of control operation, and respond to internal and external assurance activities. The ideal candidate has strong technical aptitude, hands‑on experience with control testing or audit, and the ability to translate complex risk requirements into actionable guidance for stakeholders.
