Operational Risk Management Supervisor

Overview:

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in risk management, solid understanding of

operational processes, and the ability to effectively mitigate risk across departments. In this role, the person will be responsible in identifying, assessing, and mitigating operational risks of the Firm’s clients and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining the highest standards.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and assess operational risk of the clients with the use of risk techniques and tools. Analyze the day-to-day operations of the clients and determine the risks that may arise from internal challenges, mismanagement and breakdowns.

• Development of the operational risk management framework, policies, procedures, and controls.
