About the Role
RBC is seeking an Operational Resilience Testing Manager in Toronto to enhance supplier exit strategy and business continuity through focused testing initiatives. Lead impactful tabletop exercises and strategic planning.
In this full-time position, you’ll work closely with various teams to ensure a seamless approach for executing testing protocols. You'll document lessons learned and design metrics that enhance compliance and operational strengths. Creating detailed dashboards and comprehensive reports will be key in helping leadership identify and mitigate risks effectively.
