**A Snapshot of Your Day**
The Operational Improvement Technical Expert is the technical analyst responsible for identifying and eliminating avoidable operational costs in service outages. This role applies deep field execution knowledge to reduce labor, tooling, material, logistics, and rework costs while maintaining safety, quality, and schedule performance.
The position partners with Field Service, Project Management, Tooling, Supply Chain, and Analytics to convert real‑world execution challenges into standardized, repeatable cost‑reduction solutions across the outage lifecycle.

+ Identify structural drivers of outage cost and cost variability across planning, execution, and closeout.
+ Perform root‑cause analysis of cost overruns and recurring execution inefficiencies.
