Responsibilities
- Conduct regular audits and assessments of operations across business divisions.
- Monitor adherence to policies standards and procedures identifying gaps and risks.
- Develop and implement operational excellence frameworks to drive efficiency and quality.
- Provide structured reports and recommendations to senior management.
- Track corrective actions and ensure continuous improvement is embedded across divisions.
- Support management in preparing for external audits andcertifications.
- Champion a culture of quality and accountability across the organization.
- Bachelorsdegree in Engineering Business Administration Quality Management or related field. Masters degree would be an added value.
- Minimum 710 years experience in operations audit quality assurance or performance managementin multinational environment.
