Operational Analyst

What does the job look like?

As an Operational Analyst, you will support the business by delivering data-driven insights that improve performance, reduce costs, and enhance service delivery. This role bridges operational execution and analytics, enabling informed decision-making across operations and commercial teams.

Key areas:

Deliver operational and financial reporting including KPI tracking, DIFOT reporting and customer reporting packs

Analyse and reconcile data from multiple systems to ensure accuracy and consistency of reporting outputs

Develop and maintain dashboards, reports and performance metrics to identify trends and improvement opportunities

Support operational and capital projects through data analysis, modelling and performance tracking

Review operational processes and reporting workflows to identify inefficiencies and support continuous improvement initiatives
