Purpose of Role
Responsible for operation and support of myASNB applications including myASNB App, myASNB Portal, EMIS, myASNB Portal Admin, batch jobs, integration applications, bug fixes, application monitoring and application deployment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee and monitor all application support and maintenance related issues.
- Responsible for support which includes incident management, service request (SR), asset inventory, root cause analysis (RCA), daily/weekly/monthly application monitoring and maintenance.
- Responsible for documentation such as SOP and RCA.
- Responsible for support processes that involve other systems such as FDS, EPS, APIGEE, Alibaba Cloud and related departments.
- Respond to user help desk requests and monitor system stability and performance.
- Assess system data and error logs, along with user reports, to determine areas for improvement.
