Job Description

• Plan and oversee overall operation schedules to ensure targets are achieved in terms of deliverables and timelines.
• Supervise daily warehouse activities within assigned areas, including shipping, receiving, order selection, loading, and storage.
• Coordinate with cross-functional departments to resolve operational issues promptly and effectively.
• Schedule and assign tasks to warehouse associates to ensure timely completion of workload while maintaining productivity, accuracy, customer service, and a safe work environment.
• Plan and monitor activities to control labor and supply costs.
• Ensure compliance with distribution procedures, company policies, and regulatory requirements (e.g., safety, sanitation).
• Monitor and ensure proper maintenance of machinery and equipment promptly report any issues to management.
