JOB PURPOSE:
Responsible for the Operational Supervision on the Offshore Artificial Islands.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Responsible for the operational supervision on the offshore artificial islands.
- Maintain exemplary standards of operation and safety.
- Ensure company Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) standards are met.
- Demonstrate visible leadership on all HSEQ matters.
- Report and investigate any accidents, incidents, or near-miss events.
- Participate in daily toolbox talks, monthly safety days, and weekly/monthly safety meetings.
- Ensure adherence to operational procedures and report any changes.
- Interact with clients and subcontractors to ensure safe and timely operations.
- Supervise daily operations and lifting activities on the islands.
