KeyResponsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily operations across multiple construction and engineering projects.
- Lead and supervise Project Managers, Site Supervisors, Coordinators, and operational personnel.
- Manage and optimize deployment of manpower, equipment, vehicles, and resources across project sites.
- Monitor project progress, productivity, quality standards, and project schedules to ensure timely completion.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, main contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain strong business relationships.
- Facilitate effective communication and information exchange between clients and internal project teams.
- Analyse operational and risk management data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
