About the Role
Operation & Logistic Staff（PT Entalpia Eropa Indonesia）
Responsibilities:
- Create and process Purchase Orders (PO), Sales Orders (SO), and Delivery Orders (DO) in the CRM or SAP system.
- Arrange and coordinate daily customer deliveries and manage inbound and outbound goods.
- Communicate and follow up with relevant departments regarding order processing and shipment arrangements.
- Coordinate with forwarders, suppliers, and logistics companies to arrange shipments, monitor shipping schedules, and manage customs declarations.
- Verify shipping documents and prepare import/export documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Handle issues arising during the customs clearance process, including filing compensation claims for damaged goods.
- Manage and report monthly logistics costs, including customs clearance, haulage, warehousing, and goods delivery.
