Responsibilities
- Liaise with Project and Operations Manager for work scheduling and site arrangement.
- Assume roles and responsibilities as Project Engineer and/or Coordinator for assigned projects.
- Assist Project/Operations Manager in fulfilling project management duties.
- Report and support all operational matters, including administration, manpower scheduling, training, staff evaluations, and progress tracking.
- Prepare work plans for execution of various project components.
- Supervise and manage site activities and provide updates to the Project Manager.
- Ensure high quality of work and timely project completion.
- Attend project coordination and progress meetings.
- Track and update workflow related to purchase order status.
