Responsibilities Plan and execute dormitory operations to maintain efficient and effective resident services Coordinate timely delivery of catered food to residents, ensuring freshness and quality Manage resident check-in, check-out, and room allocation processes to optimize occupancy and comfort Facilitate resident movements between rooms and sick bay to support health and safety needs Compile and submit daily reports on residents requiring medical attention or with possible infectious diseases to the Dormitory Manager Prepare and submit required reports to regulatory bodies including BCA, MOM, NEA, and SPF Organize and execute events for dormitory residents to enhance community engagement Oversee and manage dormitory maint...
